Systems Analyst Intern (Solution Partner and Delivery)

Description:

The System Analyst under Solution Partner and Delivery provides 2nd level support for standard to medium complexity of HR, Financial, Legal, NTP applications in production.

The incumbent will also be given tasks to help deliver new solutions for business, be involved in projects and system enhancements that will provide business benefits in the areas of Finance, HR, Legal and Non Trade Procurement.

Responsibilities:
  • Handles problem isolation and issue resolution for HR, Financial, Legal, NTP Applications
  • Carries out agreed maintenance tasks
  • Works closely with other teams such as developers and technical engineers for the resolution of identified issues
  • Monitors application performance, obtains performance statistics and alert teams to make recommendations for improvement
  • Develop utility programs/scripts to automate repeated manual tasks
  • Develops SQL scripts to extract production data based on user’s requirements
  • Handles deployment of new programs and application patches for Assigned Application
Preferred Domain:

Technology

Requirements:
  • Database: MS SQL/ Oracle/ Postgre
  • OS: Windows/Linux
  • Web Application Knowledge
  • Remedy Force or other workflow Tools

Good to have:

- Technical Writing

- RPA or any Automation Tools

- Bash/Powershell Scripting

- Communication Skills (Written/Spoken)

- Sharepoint Administration/Maintenance

 

Basic Knowledge in:

- Finance/Accounting

- Procurement

- HR Process

- K2 Workflow

  • 6 months full-time internship
