Responsibilities:
What you will be doing
· You will become an expert in the use of Novade products
· You will also be responsible for understanding customer needs and translating this into requirements and specifications for the development team
· You will manage feature conceptualization and follow up on their development all the way to their release to the end user
· You will work with various stakeholders (sales, marketing, customer success) to ensure the promotion and launch of the product
